Don't Kick Her When She's Down (or ever really)

August has not been good to me.

This month I have been stood up, unceremoniously dumped, and learned that my ex is engaged. Ouch.

Then, this morning, after only eleven hours to process my ex's happily ever after, I received yet another email from the Bitter Bob who gave me attitude when I wouldn't give him my number.

Subject: Oh jeez!

Message: Your back on match...didn't you learn your lesson the first time that emailing and not meeting makes match worthless?

I have too much class (fear for my personal safety) to retaliate and explain to him that I tend to avoid meeting bitter, whiny assholes who don't know the difference between 'your' and 'you're'. So I thought I'd do so here.

No, you won't know when the girl you are trying to contact is feeling down, but that's ok. Just don't be a dick. Ever.

Bitter Bob is a totally tool! I swear, in my experience, guys from the online world, don't seem to understand limits!

Sorry that the month has been rough in the love department. Finding out an ex is getting married is not fun no matter what happened between the 2 of you.

Hang in there! August is almost over. Here's to September!

Thanks Lost! I must say, you've had a rough month or so yourself!

Not sure which is worse - finding out the ex is engaged or finding out the ex is already shacking up with a "friend" who used to be a mutual friend of ours and her husband is still reeling from her telling HIM she wanted a divorce. Ahhh...gotta love the drama. :)

Well, is there a way to block someone from contacting you on there? If I were you, just ignore it. If he's that angry, no sense in pissing him off if you might see him in a bar/club one day.

Anyway, I have a theory about people like that, but I won't put it on here.

Think of it this way... guys like Bitter Bob make for great blog material!

Oh yes... the only thing worse than finding out the Ex is engaged? Finding that out the same week that you break up with your current boyfriend. This happened to me just over a year ago, and I still remember that sucky week!

What an unpleasant little character.
